The provisions of the Vancouver Municipal Code, insofar as they are the same as ordinances heretofore adopted by the City of Vancouver, shall be construed as continuations thereof and not as new enactments.

Whenever a reference is made to any portion of the Vancouver Municipal Code, or to any ordinances of the City of Vancouver, such reference shall apply to all amendments and additions now or hereafter made. (Ord. M-788 § 3, 1965)
