The Columbian, a daily newspaper of general circulation within the City of Vancouver, is hereby designated as the official newspaper of the City of Vancouver, until a new official newspaper is selected. All official publications of the City of Vancouver shall be made in the Columbian. (Ord. M-655 §1, 1963)
