The Director or designee is granted the authority to designate street names and numbers in conformance with this chapter. The Director will coordinate with the fire department and other emergency services and communications providers in exercising this authority.

The Director is authorized to adopt regulations as needed to implement this chapter, and to establish and charge a street name change application fee to recover the cost of administering a street name change petition.

All street names and addresses within the City will be assigned by the City, except that the City will recognize addresses established by Clark County prior to annexation. (Ord. M-4026 §4, 2012)
