This chapter applies to requests for the vacation of streets, alleys, public places, public easements, and portions thereof relating to street, pedestrian, or travel purposes. This chapter does not apply to vacation or termination of other types of public easements. As used in this chapter, the term “subject property” means the street, alley, public place, public easement, or portion thereof that is sought to be vacated. (Ord. M-4026 §5, 2012)
