This chapter establishes the requirement to maintain sidewalks and other street frontage to minimum standards and sets procedures to accomplish the same.

The Director is authorized to inspect property frontage for compliance, enforce the provisions of this chapter, and adopt regulations to implement its provisions. (Ord. M-4026 §7, 2012)
