A. Administer and coordinate the enforcement of this chapter and all procedures adopted under it relating to the use of rights of way;

B. Issue, deny, or revoke right of way use permits pursuant to the procedures established in this chapter;

C. Promulgate regulations and procedures necessary for administration of this chapter;

D. Enforce the provisions of this chapter and all the procedures adopted relating to the use of rights of way;

E. Carry out such other responsibilities as required by this chapter;

F. Delegate any or all functions under this chapter; and

G. Request the assistance of other City departments to administer and enforce this chapter. (Ord. M-4026 §9, 2012)
