A. Administer and coordinate the enforcement of this chapter and all procedures adopted under it relating to the use of rights-of-way;

B. Except as provided in VMC 11.60.110.F, issue, deny, or revoke right-of-way use permits pursuant to the procedures established in this chapter;

C. Promulgate regulations and procedures necessary for administration of this chapter;

D. Enforce the provisions of this chapter and all the procedures adopted relating to the use of rights-of-way;

E. Carry out such other responsibilities as required by this chapter;

F. Delegate any or all functions under this chapter; and

G. Request the assistance of other City departments to administer and enforce this chapter. (Ord. M-4016 §2, 2012; Ord. M-2876 §5, 1990)
