11.70.020 Applicability.

A. This chapter applies to development under Titles 17 and 20 of the Vancouver Municipal Code unless exempt under subsection B.
B. The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to development which does not create net new average weekday PM peak hour trips. (Ord. M-4026 §15, 2012; Ord. M-4001 §2, 2011)
