12.02.050 Commission support – Conflicts of interest.

A. The City Forester is that person designated by the Director who shall assist the Commission in the discharge of its duties and the City may contract for services on behalf of the Commission.
B. The City shall not retain the services, directly or indirectly, of any person serving as a member of the Commission.
