The lead cemetery official shall have charge of cemetery grounds and is authorized to enforce the rules to maintain order; to oversee maintenance staff, corrections crews, volunteers and visitors; to expel from the grounds any persons who violate this code or any rules promulgated hereunder; and to refuse admission of any persons or materials when such action may be necessary under this chapter.
