RCW 80.28.240 is hereby adopted by reference. Pursuant to RCW 35.21.180, an amendment, addition or repeal by the Washington State Legislature of such statute shall be deemed to amend, add or repeal this subsection without further action of the city. The remedies provided by RCW 80.28.240 and this section shall be in addition to and supplemental to all other remedies set forth in this chapter for tampering, unauthorized connections and diversion of services.
