Any User required to obtain a wastewater discharge permit under this Ordinance who was discharging wastewater into the POTW prior to the effective date of this Ordinance may be required to apply to the Director for a wastewater discharge permit in accordance with Section 14.10.190. In such event, the User shall not cause or allow discharges to the POTW to continue two hundred seventy (270) days following the effective date of this Ordinance except in accordance with a wastewater discharge permit issued by the Director. The timeframes provided in this Section may be extended at the Director’s discretion. (Ord. M-3970 §2, 2010)
