Administrative hearings pursuant to this Part shall be generally open to public observation, unless required to be private by State law or constitutional provision, or if the User requests confidentiality and establishes that evidence to be presented at the hearing is protected from public disclosure under the standards set forth in Part 8 of this Ordinance. The Hearings Officer may order the hearing to be closed upon other good cause shown by the parties, such as undue distraction or disruption. (Ord. M-3970 §2, 2010)
