14.12.030 Wastewater characteristics.

Unless prior written approval is obtained from the director, no discharger shall discharge into the facility wastes with the following characteristics:
A. pH lower than 5.5 or higher than 11.5;
B. BOD of more than 3,000 mg/1;
C. Suspended solids of more than 3,000 mg/1; or
D. Any other discharge prohibited by Chapter 14.10 VMC. (Ord. M-4359 § 4, 2021; Ord. M-2705, 1987)
