A. Runoff treatment in new development and redevelopment shall follow the requirements of the Permit, the City’s General Requirements, and the Stormwater Manual.
B. Stormwater treatment BMPs shall be selected, sited, designed and constructed in accordance with the requirements detailed in the Permit, the City’s General Requirements, and the Stormwater Manual. (Ord. M-4179 §44, 2016; Ord. M-3920 §3, 2009)
