A. Flow control in new development and redevelopment shall follow the requirements of the Permit, the City’s General Requirements, and the Stormwater Manual.

B. Flow control facilities, collection, and conveyance systems shall be selected, sited, designed, and constructed in compliance with the Permit, the City’s General Requirements, and the Stormwater Manual.

C. UIC wells used to manage stormwater for flow control shall meet the nonendangerment standard (Chapter 173-218 WAC); which means the UIC well shall be designed, constructed, operated, maintained, and decommissioned in a manner that protects groundwater quality (Chapter 173-200 WAC).

D. Every new development and redevelopment must demonstrate that sufficient downstream conveyance capacity exist to accommodate the increased flow from the project. Hydrologic and hydraulic analysis will be required when sufficient capacity has not been established. Hydrologic and hydraulic analysis shall be in accordance with the Permit, the City’s General Requirements, and the Stormwater Manual. (Ord. M-4179 §45, 2016)
