A. This chapter constitutes the park code of the city and is an exercise of the police power of the city and to be necessary for the public peace, health, safety and welfare.
B. The director is authorized to adopt rules for the management, operation and control of parks consistent with the police power of the city. Such rules shall be posted at all parks. (Ord. M-1072 § 1, 1969; Ord. M-3996 § 1, 12/05/2011)
