a. No person shall wilfully fail or refuse to comply with the direction of a peace officer or fire officer, who is at the time discharging the duty of regulating and directing waterborne traffic.

b. A person convicted of violating this section shall be subject to a fine not to exceed one thousand dollars and/or by imprisonment not to exceed ninety days. (Ord. M-3104 §14, 1993)
