It is unlawful for any person while operating or in charge of any watercraft to refuse, when requested by a peace officer or fire officer, to give his/her name and address and the name and address of the owner of the watercraft, or for such person to give a false name or address to such peace officer. A person convicted of violating this section shall be subject to a fine not to exceed one thousand dollars and/or by imprisonment not to exceed ninety days. (Ord. M-3104 §15, 1993)
