a. The director of Vancouver/Clark Parks and Recreation is authorized to establish restricted areas, as defined in Section 15.06.040 (14).

b. The city parks department and/or police department are authorized to mark restricted areas, when approved by the director of parks and recreation, with suitable buoys or other navigation aids.

c. It is unlawful to engage in any activity prohibited in a restricted area.

d. A person convicted of violating this section shall be subject to a fine not to exceed one thousand dollars and/or by imprisonment not to exceed ninety days. (Ord. M-3104 §21, 1993)
