a. Docks at Marine Park and Terminal One are to be used for the sole purpose of embarking or disembarking motorized watercraft excluding personal watercraft; provided, however, in an emergency, the docks may be used for additional purposes.

b. A person convicted of violating this section shall be subject to a fine not to exceed two hundred fifty dollars and/or imprisonment not to exceed thirty days. (Ord. M-3104 §25, 1993)
