The Chief of the Fire Department may reduce or eliminate the regulatory fee provided for under this Ordinance if he/she determines that the Fire Department’s funding needs identified in this ordinance are met by a state or federal funding mechanism or source. (Ord. M-3856 § 2, 2007)
