16.40.050 Administration and enforcement.

The Chief of the Fire Department or his/her designated representative, herein referred to as the Fire Chief, is authorized to administer and enforce the provisions of this chapter. The Fire Chief is authorized to issue such regulations to the extent necessary to implement the requirements of this ordinance. (Ord. M-3856 § 2, 2007)
