Failure to pay fees provided for in this Chapter within 30 days of invoice issuance shall result in revocation and/or withholding of the hazardous materials regulatory fee certificate required to operate until such time that the business comes into compliance. Beginning 30 days past the date of invoice issuance, an additional late fee of 10% will be assessed for each month, or portion thereof, that a business is not in compliance. (Ord. M-3856 § 2, 2007)
