All references in the VMC to the Building-Fire Codes Board of Appeals shall be deemed to refer to the Building and Fire Codes Commission established under VMC 17.08.040. The city clerk, with the approval of the city attorney, is authorized to change all references in the VMC from "Building-Fire Codes Board of Appeals" to "Building and Fire Codes Commission". (Ord.
