As required by RCW Chapter 19.27, the City of Vancouver hereby adopts by reference Washington State’s currently adopted International Residential Code (IRC) and appendices F, G, H and K, and as adopted and amended by RCW 19.27, WAC 51-51, and the provisions of this chapter. The IRC, as adopted and amended by this chapter, shall be the city of Vancouver’s residential code. The city of Vancouver does not adopt IRC Chapter 1. VMC Chapter 17.08 shall provide the administration provisions for the IRC, and enforcement of the IRC shall be governed by Title 22 of the VMC. (Ord. M-4165 §7, 2016; Ord. M-4052 §11, 2013; Ord.
