A. Electrical conductors and equipment installed within or on public and private buildings or other structures, including, but not limited to, mobile homes and recreational buildings; and other premises such as yards, carnivals, parking and other lots, and industrial substations;

B. Conductors that connect the installations to a supply of electricity;
