The provisions of this chapter shall apply to the erection, installation, alteration, repairs, relocation, replacement, addition to, use and maintenance of heating, ventilating, cooling, refrigeration systems, incinerators or other miscellaneous heat-producing appliances. (Ord. M-3660 §12, 2004)
