The city adopts, by reference, the current edition of the National Green Building Standard (ICC 700) as its green building reference standard. This standard is to be used by builders on a voluntary basis and compliance with this standard shall not be construed as creating any mandatory obligation. (Ord. M-4121 § 1, 2015)
