As recommended in staff report No. 221-82, the parking regulations set out in sections 19.04.070, 19.04.080, 19.04.090, 19.08.010, 19.08.020, 19.10.010, 19.10.040, 19.10.050, 19.11.050 and 19.13.040 are adopted to apply as provided for herein to that part of the central city shown on the maps attached to Ordinance M-2416 as Exhibit B, which maps are incorporated by reference in this section.
