Permits shall be issued in the name of the store, shop, office, or restaurant and may be used by anyone employed there, but only one shall be issued for each such business unless other such permits remain available. If other monthly permits remain available, they may be issued on a first come first served basis, or if there still are unused spaces the spaces may be temporarily used for two hour parking. (Ord.
