19.07.020 Rates and regulations.
The city council is authorized to provide for short-term, long-term, all-day or monthly use of such off-street public parking facilities as demand indicates and as necessary for the public safety, and to set rates for such use.
A. The rates in section 19.11.040 shall apply to all public parking lots owned, leased, and/or operated by the city of Vancouver. Parking rates for such facilities may be reduced administratively by the city manager or his/her designee, pursuant to the guidelines in section 19.11.040.
B. The City Manager or his/her designee is authorized to establish reasonable regulations as to the use of such parking facilities and provide notification of such regulations either by posting signs in appropriate facilities or by providing written notice to authorized users. (Ord. M-4088 §1, 2014)
