A. Long-term permit parking is allowed in those parts of the city marked for permit parking. In those parts of the city which are marked for "permit parking" signs shall be installed to limit the parking to vehicles for which a parking permit has been issued under the provisions of this section and section 19.04.070, and it shall be a violation of this section for anyone to park in any such space unless a parking permit for such vehicle has been secured under the provisions of section 19.04.070 and unless such permit is properly displayed in or on such vehicle so that it is readily observable by parking control officers.

B. Any person who violates or fails to comply with the provisions of this section shall be subject to the penalties provided for in section 19.13.050. (Ord. M-4211 § 4, 2017; Ord. M-4088 § 1, 2014)
