A. Compliance with Instructions and Limitations of Use. Every person who parks a vehicle in an area regulated by a parking pay station is required to comply with the instructions for use, including, but not limited to, applicable time limits and proper proof and display of payment.

B. Transferability. An individual may use a valid or unexpired receipt or proof of payment from a parking pay station to park in any parking space, regulated by a parking meter, without additional payment to the meter, so long as the individual complies with the time limits for parking applicable to the parking space and displays proof of payment in the required manner.

C. Permits. Any permit that exempts an individual from paying parking meter fees shall also exempt that individual from the payments required by parking pay stations, provided that the holder of any authorized permit complies with the permit’s conditions. (Ord. M-4088 § 1, 2014)
