A. Expired Meter – No person shall permit a vehicle within his/her control to be parked in any parking meter space during the restricted and regulated time applicable to the parking meter zone in which such meter is located while the parking meter for such space indicates by signal that the lawful parking time in such space has expired. Penalties for such expired meter parking violations in all metered zones shall be as set forth in chapter 19.13.

B. Overtime Parking – No person shall park a vehicle in any parking meter space for a consecutive period of time longer than that limited period of time for which parking is lawfully permitted in the parking meter zone in which such meter is located, irrespective of the number or amounts of the coins deposited in such meter. Penalties for such overtime parking violations in all metered and unmetered zones shall be as set forth in chapter 19.13. (Ord. M-4088 § 1, 2014)
