Any person who shall willfully violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be subject to a fine not to exceed one thousand dollars, and/or commitment to jail not to exceed ninety days. (Ord. M-2768 §3 (part), 1988)
