The committee will operate under Robert’s Rules of Order. The committee may establish its own written rules and regulations, not inconsistent with state law or city ordinance. The committee shall consist of seven members. Four out of seven members shall constitute a quorum. Any recommendation for council by the committee requires a majority vote of the committee members present at the meeting. (Ord. M-3460, 1999)
