A. The authority shall keep an official journal containing the minutes of proceedings at all meetings of the board and the resolutions of the board.

B. Any person shall have access to records and information of the authority to the extent required by state law. Minutes with respect to closed executive sessions need not be made available. (Ord. M-3739 §3, 2006)
