A. The initial bylaws (the “bylaws”) of the Commission, attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit B of the ordinance codified in this chapter, are hereby approved. The power to alter, amend or repeal the bylaws or adopt new ones shall be vested in the Commission. The bylaws may contain any provisions for the regulation and management of the affairs of the Commission not inconsistent with law or the Commission Charter.

B. Amendments to the bylaws shall not take effect until 10 days after the filing of the same with the City Clerk, unless such amendment(s) shall have been passed by unanimous vote of the Commission and an earlier effective date be set.

C. As necessary and appropriate, the City Council may amend the bylaws by ordinance.
