Boundary Adjustments may be recorded without review and approval of the City. Property owners may, however, request that a Boundary Adjustment be reviewed and approved by the City of Vancouver prior to being recorded with the Clark County Auditor to determine compliance with applicable lot dimensions, setbacks and other lot standards.
