20.330.010 Purpose.

Purpose. The purpose of the binding site plan process is to provide an alternative to the standard subdivision process for specific types of development. The binding site plan shall only be applied for the purpose of dividing land for:
A. Sale or for lease of commercially- or industrially-zoned property as provided in RCW 58.17.040(4);
B. A division for the purpose of lease as provided in RCW 59.17.040(5) RCW when no other structure other than manufactured homes or travel trailers are permitted to be placed upon the land; provided, that the land use is in accordance with the requirements of this Title; and
C. Condominiums as provided in either RCW 64.32 or 64.34 consistent with RCW 58.17.040(7). (Ord. M-3643, 01/26/2004)
