View Corridor. No new building or addition to an existing building shall exceed 15’ above grade on the uphill side of the building on sites located within the view corridor identified in Section 20.560.020(A) VMC above unless the planning official makes a finding that the applicant has designed or redesigned the development in a manner which balances maximizing existing views with the density of the proposed development.
