Performance Bond. The Planning Official may require the posting of a bond or other assurance to ensure that all roadways, electrical work, plumbing, landscaping and other improvements required as a condition(s) of approval are constructed to the appropriate standard within the appropriate time frame, as governed by VMC 20.909 Escrow and Assurances.
