Reasons for periodic review. The city recognizes that communication technologies are subject to rapid change. Future innovations may result in reducing the impacts of individual facilities and render specific portions of this ordinance obsolete. Periodic review and revision of this ordinance shall occur at least every five years thereafter or more frequently at the request of the Planning Commission, City Council or the City Manager. (Ord.
