Purpose. The purpose of this Chapter is to provide the development standards by which accessory structures are regulated to assure (1) that these clearly remain subordinate and incidental to the primary use and buildings on the same lot; and (2) in combination with primary buildings do not result in undue crowding, restriction of access, or other adverse impacts on the site and surrounding property.
