20.910.030 Height Limitations.

Exceptions. Except for the Vision and Airport Height Overlay District, height limitations set forth elsewhere in this Title shall not apply to the following:
A. Barns, silos, water towers and tanks, or other farm buildings and structures, provided they are not less than 50 feet from every lot line; and
B. Chimneys, church spires, belfries, cupolas, domes, smokestacks, flagpoles, grain elevators, cooling towers, solar energy collectors, monuments, fire house towers, masts, aerials, elevator shafts, street lights, power or communication distribution lines, and other similar projections; (Ord.
