22.03.010 Appeals heard by hearings examiner.

All appeals under this title shall be heard by a hearings examiner, as created and authorized under VMC chapter 2.51. This title shall supersede any rules promulgated under VMC 2.51.080. (Ord. M-3638, 2003)
