The lease of equipment shall, for the purposes of this chapter, be deemed to be the equivalent of a purchase of equipment, whether or not an option to purchase is included in the lease. Lease contracts shall be approved and signed as provided in Section 3.05.060. (Ord. M-3129 §2 (part), 1994)
