A receipt in triplicate shall be written for each fine and costs paid or bail posted. Receipts shall be numbered consecutively. The original of each receipt shall be given to the person paying the fine or costs or posting the bail. One copy of each receipt shall be delivered to and kept on file by the comptroller-clerk, and one copy of each receipt shall be retained on file in the police department. (Ord. C-306 §2, 1950)
