There is created an office supplies central store room and a store room and postage fund, to be used for the specific purpose of buying and maintaining certain supplies of common usage by the various departments of the city such as paper, pencils, pens, and similar supplies and for the purpose of purchasing postage for the city's postage meter. Supplies and postage purchased with the moneys from this fund shall be made available and sold to the various departments at cost, plus sales tax, from the appropriate budget classifications of the various departments and the moneys paid by the departments shall be used by the fund for replenishing its stock of supplies. The store room and postage fund herein provided shall be administered by the director of Financial and Management Services. (Ord. M-519, 1960; Ord. M-393 §2, 1957)
